Phase 1 focuses on discovery and publishing: helping families find programs and helping organizations understand how they will later claim profiles and keep listings current.

Child privacy is a design constraint, not an afterthought. We do not collect sensitive minor data to browse the catalog, and Phase 1 excludes rosters, messaging, media uploads, and student ID verification.

Long-term expansion follows a market-by-market playbook—including Hampton, Norfolk, Newport News, Richmond, Brooklyn, and other local markets—without forking the product per city.
